For best results, we recommend our Combo Package where you will have one 50 minute weekly video chat session with your therapist and interactions via text message up to three times a week.  This way, between therapy sessions, you can message your therapist directly anytime something comes up.  You don't have to wait until the next scheduled appointment to get something off your chest.  Your therapist can give you instant advice & tools to deal with issues as they come.

We accept Atena, Beacon, Cigna, United Healthcare and many other health insurance plans. Our counseling fees can be suplemented by your insurance provider.  You also have the option to pay out-of-pocket.  If you have questions about coverage, call us, we are available to answer your questions.
